Living in Florida, a great many people spend the majority of their time indoors. The importance of indoor environmental comfort and healthy air quality has become paramount as a result. The effective engineering design of an HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning) system ensures that the quality of indoor air remains clean as well as being consistently comfortable in temperature. A well-designed HVAC system functions largely unnoticed by a building’s occupants and enhances the long-term value of a property. It should also be energy-efficient, easy and cost-effective to operate and maintain, and expandable or adaptable should the need arise.

Our engineers specify equipment and accessory combinations to accomplish optimal indoor conditions while maintaining cost-effective and energy-efficient operation of the system.

Many clients require a balance between system performance, sustainability, and comfort with the added challenge of having limited space in which to do so.
